Rashad Slade
 
PERSONAL– Born in Reidsville, NC and graduated from Reidsville High School. Following high school, Rashad attended Appalachian State University on a Full Athletic Scholarship to play Wide Receiver. At ASU, he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and majored in Computer Information Systems. He earned his Master of Education degree from N.C. State University, and his Post Masters Certificate in Education Administration from UNCG. Rashad is in his 12th year with Guilford County Schools. He currently serves as the Director of Instructional Technology, Media Services, & Virtual Learning. Rashad is married to his wife Misty of 11 years and they have an 8 year old daughter (Ashlyn) and a 5 year old son (Brayden).

FOOTBALL– His love for the game of football began at the recreational stage, and he has experienced success at every level, both as a player and a coach. As a three year Varsity starter at Reidsville High School, he set many records in which a few still stand today. As a Junior and Senior, he was named team MVP, and was named to the All-State, All-County, and All Conference teams. He played in the East-West All-Star Game, as well as the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. Rashad went on to Appalachian State University, starting as a true Freshman. Following college, he played in the Arena Football League before beginning his teaching/coaching/administrative career. Coach Slade has coaching experience with Quarterbacks, Fullbacks, and Return Specialist at Northeast Guilford High School in Greensboro, NC. He also served as the Head Track & Field Coach at Northeast Guilford.
 
 
Reggie Chestnut

PERSONAL– Born in Reidsville, NC and graduated from Reidsville High School. Following high school, Reggie went on to Catawba College. Reggie is married to his wife Catina of 18 years and they have two sons, Austyn, 15, and Cameryn, 12.
 
FOOTBALL– Reggie is the head football coach at Reidsville Middle School, the feeder program for the North Carolina’s leader in football state championships, Reidsville High School (18 State Titles). In his 13 years at Reidsville Middle, Coach Chestnut’s record is unmatched in Rockingham County and includes 9 Conference championship titles.

As a three year Varsity starter at Reidsville High School, he was a standout outside linebacker. As a Junior he was the Rams second leading tackler with 78. As a Senior, he led the team with 100 tackles and earned All-County honors. 
Coach Chestnut is dedicated to working with youth to ensure their success both on and off the field.
